Quarmup SMS Opt-In Flow

This page documents how signed-in Quarmup users consent to receive recurring automated SMS notifications. The actual opt-in control is at https://quarmup.com/profile/notifications inside authenticated account settings, so this hosted page provides the public review evidence for the gated flow.

Who opts in

The end user adds their own US phone number while signed in to their Quarmup account.

Where consent happens

The user opens Profile > Notification Preferences and enables SMS notifications.

How opt-out works

Users can reply STOP to any SMS or disable SMS notifications in account settings.

Opt-In Steps

  1. 1The user creates or signs in to their Quarmup account at https://quarmup.com.
  2. 2The user adds their own US phone number on the authenticated profile page at https://quarmup.com/profile.
  3. 3The user goes to https://quarmup.com/profile/notifications and checks the Enable SMS notifications checkbox. The checkbox is not pre-checked.
  4. 4Quarmup sends an opt-in confirmation SMS: You've enabled Quarmup SMS notifications. Reply STOP to unsubscribe, HELP for help. Msg&Data Rates May Apply.
